End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AI Invitation Card Maker Flyer ("we," "our," or "us") for the use of the "AI Invitation Card Maker Flyer" mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. AI Generated Content

• Input: You are responsible for any text prompts or data you provide to the App.

• Output: The App uses AI technology to generate invitation designs. We do not claim ownership of the designs you generate; however, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under certain jurisdictions.

• Limitations: You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of third parties.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Access to certain features (e.g., high-quality generation, premium styles) requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are managed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's services.

• Use automated systems (bots) to access the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Invitation Card Maker Flyer.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
