The App allows you to upload or capture photos of rooms,
spaces, floor plans, or reference images so that our AI
engine can generate redesigned interior/exterior visuals.
These images are processed to deliver the AI generation
feature you request.
b) Device and App Information
We may automatically collect device type, operating system
version, app version, language settings, and general usage
analytics (e.g., which features are used) to improve app
performance and stability.
c) Purchase Information
If you purchase a credit pack through Google Play Billing, we
receive purchase confirmation and transaction identifiers from
Google Play to unlock your credits. We do not directly collect
or store your payment card details; payments are processed
entirely by Google Play.
d) Camera and Media Permissions
The App requests Camera and Photo/Media access solely to let
you capture or select an image for AI processing. These
permissions are not used for any purpose beyond that function.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:
- Generate AI-based interior/exterior design results you request
- Maintain your design archive/history within the App
- Process credit pack purchases and manage your credit balance
- Improve app features, fix bugs, and enhance user experience

3. AI PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Photos you submit for AI redesign may be sent to third-party AI
model providers (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI, depending on
active configuration) solely to generate the requested design
output. These providers process the image to return a generated
result and are bound by their own data handling terms. We do not
sell your photos or personal information to any third party for
advertising or marketing purposes.
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Generated designs saved to your in-app archive are retained on
your device and/or associated cloud storage (if enabled) until
you delete them or uninstall the App. We retain purchase records
as required for accounting and legal compliance.
5. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to
protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration,
disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission
or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum
age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has

By downloading, installing, or using "AI Interior Design: Room
Decor" ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms
and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. USE OF THE APP

The App allows users to upload or capture photos of rooms, homes,
exteriors, or gardens and generate AI-based redesign visuals
(including but not limited to Instant Remodel, Furnish Room,
Floor Plan to 3D, Exterior Redesign, Garden Redesign, Replace,
Rearrange, Reference Style, Furniture Finder, New Flooring/Walls,
and Remove Objects). Results are AI-generated visual concepts
intended for design inspiration and planning purposes only.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL OR ARCHITECTURAL ADVICE

Generated designs are not architectural, structural, engineering,
or professional interior design advice. They do not account for
building codes, load-bearing structures, safety regulations, or
actual renovation feasibility. You should consult a licensed
architect, contractor, or interior designer before undertaking
any real renovation, construction, or remodeling work.
3. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a
photo, you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have the right to use and submit it
- The photo does not contain illegal, obscene, or infringing
content
- You grant us a limited license to process the photo solely to
provide the AI generation feature you requested
We do not claim ownership of your original or generated images
beyond what is required to operate the App's features.
4. CREDITS AND PURCHASES

Certain features require credits, purchasable via consumable
in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Credits are
consumed upon each AI generation request. All purchases are
processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's own
refund and billing policies. Credits have no cash value and are
non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by
applicable law or Google Play policy.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
- Upload photos containing another person's private property,
identifiable individuals without consent, or illegal content
- Use the App to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful
content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the App or its
AI generation systems
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All app design, branding, code, and original content (excluding
user-submitted photos) are the property of the App developer and
protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not
copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the
App without prior written permission.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI
generated results will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for
any particular purpose. AI outputs may occasionally be
inaccurate, unrealistic, or inconsistent with the uploaded photo.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to
loss of data, loss of credits, or reliance on AI-generated design
results for actual renovation decisions.
9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the
App at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use
of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance
of the revised Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or
in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
