2.1 Subject to this Agreement and the rules of the applicable app store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control.
2.2 You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, create derivative works, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.3 You may not copy, distribute, or make the Service available to others except as expressly allowed by this Agreement. You must not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
2.4 All right, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content remain exclusively with us and our licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3.1 The Service requires compatible hardware, software, and operating system versions.
3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring your device meets all technical requirements.
3.3 We may change these requirements at any time without prior notice.
4.1 We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Service.
4.2 Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Service.

6.1 The Service may enable you to submit, upload, or share text, images, or other materials (“Contributions”).
6.2 You represent and warrant that:
you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the Contributions;
your Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights;
your Contributions are not unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
your Contributions comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement. 6.3 Any breach of these representations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
7.1 By submitting any Contributions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, modify, display, and otherwise process those Contributions for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
7.2 You retain ownership of your Contributions; we do not claim any ownership rights over them.
7.3 You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree not to hold us liable for any claims arising from them.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
If we are found liable, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the Service (if any) or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
