This Privacy Policy explains how **AI Public Speaking Coach** ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the **AI Coach** mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only the information needed to provide the App's public‑speaking coaching features.
a. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your **email address**
- Your **password** (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see or store it in plain text)
- Your **display name**, if you choose to provide one
b. Content You Create ("Practice Content")
To generate coaching feedback, the App processes content you record or type:
- **Audio recordings** of your speech practice sessions
- **Video recordings**, when you use the Video AI feature
- **Transcripts** generated from your recordings
- **Text answers** you write in Q&A coaching sessions
- **AI‑generated feedback, scores, and analysis** derived from the above
c. Usage and Progress Data
- Practice session history, scores, streaks, and progress metrics
- Feature usage counts used to enforce free‑tier and subscription limits
d. Subscription Information
- Subscription status, plan, and purchase/renewal events, processed through the app store and our subscription provider. We **do not** collect or store your credit‑card or payment details — payments are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play.
e. Device and Technical Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Language and region settings
- Diagnostic and crash information used to keep the App working
We do **not** collect precise location data, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you
- Process your recordings and text to generate speech, video, and Q&A feedback
- Save your session history and track your progress over time
- Enforce free‑tier limits and manage subscriptions

We do **not** sell your personal information, and we do **not** use your Practice Content to serve advertising.

3. How Your Content Is Processed (Third‑Party Service Providers)
To deliver AI feedback, your Practice Content is sent to trusted third‑party processors solely to perform the requested analysis. These providers process the data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention
- **Account and Practice Content** are retained while your account is active so you can review your history and progress.
- You can **delete your account** at any time from within the App. When you do, your account and associated Practice Content are deleted from our systems.
- Third‑party AI processors may retain data only transiently to perform processing, in accordance with their own retention policies; they do not retain your content to train their models where their enterprise/API terms provide such protection.
- We may retain limited records (e.g., transaction logs) where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Authenticated, per‑user access controls (row‑level security) so you can only access your own data
- Storage of API keys and secrets on secure backend servers, never in the App itself
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
