During my academic life, I used to start a course with the following words: "If you think that the thing/subject/matter is hard for you, I will make it easy. If you think that it is easy, I will make it easier"
Thanks for your interest in me and welcome to my page.
I have been working as a Managing Consultant at IBM Australia since October 2020. I joined IBM in January 2018 as a Senior Consultant. I moved to the industry due to my immense interest in Technology, and I am very much enjoying my current role.
My Interests in Technology include, but are not limited to:
Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure)
Scripting - Powershell, Bash
Web Programming (Angular, PHP), Automation with Selenium
Programming Languages (Java, C++, MatLab, Python, Swift)
Database (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL)
I worked as a Casual Academic at School of Engineering and Information Technology, Federation University Australia from February 2016 to December 2020. As a tutor, I also worked at Monash University in 2016 and from 2010-2012, and Federation University Australia in 2014. I completed my PhD in Information Technology from Monash University in 2014 with my Thesis "Gene Regulatory Network Reconstruction using Time-delayed S-system Model" under the supervision of Professor Madhu Chetty and Professor Manzur Murshed (Currently they are with Federation University). I did my MS and BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Dept of CSE, University of Dhaka in 2004 and 2006, respectively. My research area was Design and Development of Reversible Logic Circuits for both my MS and Hons research.
My research interest includes:
Bioinformatics and Systems Biology: Large Scale Gene Regulatory Networks
Cybersecurity: Biometric Authentication with Fingerprint data
Machine Learning and Modeling: Reconstructing Genetic Networks with Linear and Non-linear, deterministic and non-deterministic, time-delayed models
Data Science and Data Analytics: Analyzing Structured and Unstructured Data, Network modeling and Clustering
Optimization: Evolutionary Algorithms, Dynamic Programming and Local Search Heuristics
Reversible Logic Synthesis: Designing circuits with Reversible Gates
My teaching interest includes, but is not limited to:
Structured and Object Oriented Programming
Data Structures and Algorithms
Database Management Systems
Web and Mobile Development
Software Engineering, Software Design Pattern, Software Testing
Data Mining, Data Analytics, and Information Retrieval
Theory of Computation, Compiler Construction
