A fume hood is a type of ventilation device that is designed to limit exposure to hazardous or toxic emissions.
Main purpose of fumehood is to secure the Worker from toxic fumes for that purpose the inlet velocity is to be maintained at 0.5m/s.
Hence a basic design was created to perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to get optimum working and design parameters.
Based on CFD analysis the design was finalized.
Finaly Manufactured using mainly sheet metal works.

Biological safety cabinet is an enclosed, ventilated laboratory workspace for safely working with materials contaminated with pathogens.
Purpose of Biosafety cabinet is to secure the Worker, Environment and Working Substances from containments. for that purpose the air flow inside cabinet was to be kept laminar.
Hence a basic design was created to perform Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to get optimum working parameters. Such as single inelt single outlet Centrifugal fan with 400 CFM was selected.
Based on CFD analysis the design was finalized.

A bullet Recovery tank was designed as per requirements for forensic purposes.
A bullet recovery tank is a rustless tank constructed of stainless steel or dural metal.
A bullet recovery water tank is designed with a 6mm thick sheet of SAE 304 stainless steel. The tank is three feet by five feet by twelve feet long.
A lid for the tank is built with a 4mm thick sheet of SAE 304 stainless sheet. The opening and closing system of the lid will be carried out with the help of actuators.
A Plant growth chamber is a climatic chamber specifically designed for plants and seeds.
Design Consists of sealed cabinet (sheet metal) along with heating and illumination filaments.
Temperature and humidity sensors were used to maintain the required climate conditions inside chamber
