Human Name: Tariq Masai – Kenyan doctor, once celebrated, later disgraced.
Summary: Once a healer, Tariq’s pride led him to experiment recklessly on his patients. Cast out, he sought redemption — he joined a expedition with some of his friends. They too had got the masks, his mask wasn't for healing, it was for destroying and killing. Now, his body rots and rebuilds endlessly, dripping pestilence. 

Wherever he walks, plants decay and people cough blood. Tariq calls it “a new medicine” — a cure through extinction. Deep down, he still weeps for the healer he once was, but the mask feeds on his guilt.
Mission: To spread disease until humanity either evolves… or dies.
