About

Hello! I'm Ahmad Majed and I am seeking a post-doctoral position that satisfies my passion towards nanomaterials, materials science, electrochemistry, and teaching.

With a robust nine-year professional background, I have cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing research in the synthesis, characterization, and application of nanomaterials, along with experience as a teaching assistant, design engineer, and maintenance engineer. Currently, I am in the final stages of completing my Ph.D. in Materials Physics, marking the culmination of my educational journey that began with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and a Master's degree in materials engineering, metallurgy. However, I view this milestone not as the conclusion of my educational pursuits but as a stepping stone to continuous learning.

As I approach the completion of my doctoral studies, I am actively seeking a new professional chapter that aligns with my twin passions: teaching and perpetual learning. This dual approach reflects my commitment to both mastering my existing skills and passing on knowledge to the next generation. Central to my professional philosophy is the belief that "In learning, you will teach, and in teaching, you will learn." It is this intrinsic connection between teaching and personal growth that fuels my enthusiasm for educational endeavors. As I embark on the search for postdoctoral roles, my primary objective is not only to impart knowledge but also to immerse myself in fresh learning environments. In this dynamic intersection of teaching and learning, I am confident of finding the fertile ground for my continued professional and intellectual development.
