The mission of AHG Troop VA 1912 is to participate in fun, challenging and worthwhile activities as a means to lead disciplined and creative girls to become young women obedient to Christ, honoring of their families, and prepared to serve their communities. Promoting fun and outdoor adventure are vital to the process.

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the Knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him; bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

AHG Troop VA1912 is a small troop started by homeschooling families. Over the years we have added both private and public school families to our small community. Our troop strives to instill values of faith, family, and patriotism in all our activities.
Throughout the year, we engage in a diverse range of activities, from troop hikes and annual campouts to various service projects and badge activities.
