Aha Social Echo Capture may collect creator dashboard metrics from supported pages, including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Official Account dashboards.
The extension may collect account identifiers, content identifiers, page URLs, content performance metrics, fan summary metrics, selected comment data, extension token, account label, install ID, upload status, and diagnostic data.
How we use data
We use this data only to help users capture, sync, analyze, and review creator dashboard metrics inside their Aha account.
We do not sell user data.
We do not use user data for unrelated advertising purposes.
We do not transfer user data to third parties except as required to provide the extension’s core functionality or comply with legal obligations.
Data storage
Some data may be stored locally in the browser extension, including extension token, account label, upload settings, install ID, recent upload status, and local deduplication records.
Synced dashboard data may be transmitted to the user’s Aha account at https://fatesnail.com.
User control
Users can remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension’s browser storage.
Users may contact us to request deletion of account-related data.
