Privacy Policy for AgroSpray

AgroSpray ("the app") is developed and maintained by the app's developer

("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, how it's

used, and the choices you have.

1. Data you create in the app

The diseases, treatments, spray records, inventory levels, and notes you

enter are stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. If you never

sign in, this data never leaves your device — the app has no server of its

own and works fully offline.

2. Google Sign-In and cloud sync (optional)

If you choose to sign in with Google, the app uses Google Sign-In and

Firebase Authentication to identify your account, and receives your Google

account's email address, name, and profile photo as provided by Google.

Once signed in, the app syncs your diseases, treatments, spray records, and

their timestamps to Firebase Cloud Firestore, associated with your account,

so the same data is available if you reinstall the app or use it on another

device. This sync is optional — the app is fully usable without ever

signing in.

We do not sell this data, share it with third parties for their own

purposes, or use it for anything beyond providing this sync feature.

3. Advertising

The app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads,

Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID),

approximate location, and other information as described in Google's own

privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your Android

device settings.

4. Data retention and deletion

Data stored only on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or

clear its storage. To request deletion of data synced to our Firebase

project under your account, contact us using the email below.

5. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly

collect personal data from children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above

reflects the most recent revision.
