This Privacy Policy governs the mobile application "Agristack Card UP" (Package Name: com.up.card), developed and published by INFICOM AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (referred to as "we", "us", or "our").
This policy clearly details how we collect, handle, protect, and process user data in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
2. GOVERNMENT NON-AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER
- "Agristack Card UP" is an independent private utility and assistance application.
- This application and its developer, INFICOM AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with any Government agency, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, the Government of India, or any of their ministries, departments, or subsidiaries.
- The app assists users with formatting and ordering PVC cards. For official government schemes, subsidies, and official services, users should visit official government portals (such as https://upagriculture.com or https://pmkisan.gov.in).
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide account management, digital card preview, and physical card courier delivery, we collect the following user data:
A. Personal Information:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- State / Region
- Encrypted password for account login
B. Card & Delivery Information:
- Identification / Aadhaar Number (entered voluntarily by the user to look up or format their card). Sensitive digits are masked in logs and receipts for privacy.
- Shipping Address and PIN code (collected solely if the user places an order for physical PVC card delivery to their doorstep).
C. Photos and Images:
- User-selected or captured portrait photo, used strictly to display the farmer's image on the ID card.
D. Financial & Transaction Logs:
- Wallet recharge records and transaction reference numbers (such as UPI UTR numbers).
- Note: We DO NOT collect, handle, or store debit/credit card numbers, bank PINs, or CVVs. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways / UPI apps.
E. Support Inquiries:
- Messages and queries submitted through our in-app support and grievance system.
4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS USED
- CAMERA (android.permission.CAMERA): Used only when the user voluntarily decides to take a portrait picture for their ID card.
- INTERNET (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to connect to our secure servers to authenticate users, save card drafts, and manage wallet orders.
- FILE / STORAGE ACCESS (via Android FileProvider): Used temporarily on the device to crop and format the card photo before upload.
5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process user information strictly to:
- Create and authenticate your user account.
- Generate digital ID card previews.
- Process, print, and courier physical PVC card orders.
- Maintain your account wallet balance and recharge transactions.
- Provide customer support and resolve user grievances.
- Prevent fraudulent activity and protect account security.
6. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do NOT sell, lease, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data strictly with:
- Courier and Delivery Partners: Only recipient name, delivery address, and phone number to fulfill physical card deliveries.
- Operational Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting and payment processing partners operating under strict data security obligations.
- Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Only when required under applicable Indian laws or judicial orders.
7. DATA SECURITY
We employ industry-standard security safeguards:
- All data transmitted between the app and backend is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Aadhaar numbers are masked in display and download histories for privacy protection.
- Passwords are securely hashed; plain text passwords are never stored.
8. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT / DATA DELETION
- We retain account data as long as your account remains active.
- Account and Data Deletion: Users can request complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time by:
1. Sending an email to: support@farmerid.online with the subject "Delete My Account" and your registered mobile number.
2. Or submitting a deletion request through the in-app Help / Grievance section.
All personal data will be permanently purged within 7 business days of request verification.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
