1. Introduction We built the AgriGrade AI application (the "Service") as a Free app. This Service is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is. 2. Zero Storage & No Database Policy AgriGrade AI is designed with a strict privacy-first architecture. We do not use databases to store your personal information, images, or usage history.
Camera and Image Processing: Our Service requires access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of Vegetable Quality Detection. When you capture an image, it is securely transmitted to our backend server for real-time AI processing.
No Image Retention: The image is analyzed in real-time memory and is immediately and permanently discarded the moment the detection result is returned to your phone. We do not save, store, backup, or sell your photos.
3. Third-Party Services While our core Service does not store your data, the app does use trusted third-party services to monitor app performance (such as crash reporting). These third parties may collect basic device information and have their own Privacy Policies addressing how they use such information. Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or crash in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic statistics. This is used solely to fix bugs and improve the app.
5. Security We value your trust in using our Service. Because we do not store your images or personal data in any database, the risk of data breaches on our end is fundamentally minimized. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data while it is in transit.
6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
