End User License Agreement (EULA) for Alexpo

1. Agreement

By using Alexpo , you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Alexpo under these terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18+ to use Alexpo.

• You must not post prohibited UGC (see Privacy Policy).

• You must not harass, spam, or impersonate others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Violations include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading illegal or harmful content.

• Bypassing moderation or security measures.

• Reverse-engineering the app.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately if you violate this EULA.

6. Disclaimer

Alexpo is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from app use.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable laws.
