agratasinfra we operates the Labkon mobile application App. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
To provide our services (connecting Workers and Providers) and manage your Wallet/Rewards, we collect the following types of data:
We collect data you explicitly provide to us during registration or profile setup:
Identity Data: Name, Mobile Number (used for OTP verification via MSG91), and Email Address (optional).
Profile Data: Profile pictures (if uploaded) and language preferences.
Professional Data (for Workers): Job categories, subcategories, daily/hourly rates, and availability status.
Location Data: State, City, and City Area selected by you (stored in our database to match workers with providers).
We store data regarding your in-app interactions and financial status:
Virtual Wallet Balance: We maintain a record of your current wallet balance, including rewards earned.
Payout Information: To facilitate withdrawals via Razorpay, we use your Mobile Number (linked to UPI or bank accounts) and may require additional verification data as requested by the payment processor.
Transaction History: Logs of credits (rewards, top-ups) and debits (bookings, withdrawals).
When you access the App, we automatically collect specific device details to ensure security and push notification delivery:
Device ID and Device Token (for unique identification).
Device Platform (Android/iOS).
Last seen timestamps.
Reviews: Ratings and reviews given to workers are stored publicly within the app ecosystem.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Service Facilitation: To connect Work Providers with Workers based on selected City/Area and Category.
Authentication: To verify your identity using OTP (One Time Password).
Communication: To send booking updates, contract status changes (Requested, Accepted, Completed), and promotional messages via Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Real-Money Payouts: When you initiate a "Withdrawal," we use your data to trigger a financial transfer through Razorpay X (or Payouts). This converts your in-app rewards into real-world currency sent to your linked account.
App Functionality: To allow image uploads (Profile pictures) and language selection.
Labkon does not directly store your credit card or bank passwords.
Razorpay: We use Razorpay as a third-party payment processor for payouts. When you click "Withdraw," your mobile number and the withdrawal amount are shared with Razorpay to complete the transfer to your bank account or UPI ID.
Compliance: All financial transactions are processed in compliance with Indian financial regulations. You may be subject to Razorpay’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy during the withdrawal process.
To function correctly, Labkon requests the following permissions on your device:
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Required to capture photos for your profile picture.
Storage/Media (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Required to select existing photos from your gallery for your profile.
Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to send you alerts about new contracts, booking statuses, and reward updates.
Internet: Required to connect to our backend servers.
We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Razorpay: Used for processing financial payouts and withdrawals. Razorpay Privacy Policy
Firebase (Google): Used for Analytics and Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications). Google Privacy Policy
MSG91: Used for sending OTPs for mobile number verification.
Socket.io: Used for real-time data transmission between the app and server.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account. If you choose to delete your account via the App settings:
We will flag your account as deleted (DeleteAccount model).
Your personal profile information will be removed or anonymized from the active database.
Transactional records (Contract history, Wallet transactions) may be retained for a specific period as required by financial auditing laws.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information. We use commercially acceptable means (including encrypted tokens and secure database connections) to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our Services are intended for users capable of entering into legal labor contracts (typically 18+). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

No Liability for On-Site Incidents or Accidents: Labkon is a technology platform that connects Workers and Providers. Labkon does not control the working conditions, method of work, tools used, or the manner in which services are performed. If an accident, injury, property damage, or any other incident occurs while a Worker is performing work at a Provider’s location or during transit to/from work, Labkon is not responsible or liable for such incidents. Users should obtain appropriate protections and follow local safety laws and best practices.
Conduct and Misbehavior: Labkon does not employ Workers and does not act as an agent of any User. Labkon is not responsible for the behavior, misconduct, or unlawful acts of any Worker or Provider.
Payment Disputes Between Users:Labkon is not responsible for disputes between Workers and Providers regarding payment for services rendered, non-payment, pricing disagreements, or contractual breaches between the parties.
