In the 5G and beyond era, agile delivery of end-to-end (E2E) services over multiple provider networks is inevitable. Such services can be best executed through federations operated at the network as well as service levels. In this project, we investigate, design, and implement Agile Federated Distributed Open Platforms for End-to-End (E2E) Service Innovation and Delivery across sectors. The open platforms should be established through federations of network facilities and assets owned by various sectors, including public, private, and government-owned ICT infrastructures. In addition to establishing open network and service federations platforms, we also develop use cases of network and service delivery over the federated 5G and beyond testbed.
