Through storytelling, flipcharts and group work, we explored what actually helps us move forward: our inner drivers, internal and external motivation, and the environment around us the things that can either support our goals or make the journey harder. 🌱🧩

At the 14th Agile Passport Meetup, we ran a dopamine detox.

No scrolling. No notifications. No easy hits.

Instead, we returned to one of the most underrated stress-reduction tools:

𝐍𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, as a form of active meditation. 🧠

Instead of screens ---> paper.

Instead of chaos ---> repetition.

Instead of tension ---> mindfullness.

Repetitive patterns engage the sensorimotor system, quiet the default mode network, and shift the nervous system out of high alert.

Simple. Analog. Effective.

That’s the idea behind our meetup:

☕ 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭. 𝐒𝐈𝐏. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓. 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖.

We explored:

→ 🤖 Protecting our roles from AI

→ 🪞 Does our job define our value?

→ ⏳ Time-prioritization tools that actually work

→ 🚪 Quitting your job without a Plan B - courage or madness?

Two hours passed in a blink, and the feedback was full of energy and reflections, a true sign we hit the mark!

We say we’re tired...

But often we’re just overstimulated....

During the 12th Agile Passport meetup, our Neurodoodling workshop helped us forget about easy 𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Instead, we learned and practiced:

--- > ➿ 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬:

They stimulate the brain’s predictive circuits, giving it a sense of safety and order.

--- > 👁️🤚𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐞𝐲𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

It engages sensorimotor networks, enhancing focus and quieting the overactive default mode (overthinking).

--- > 🧘 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬:

It downregulates the 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐱 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞, helping the mind shift from rumination to present-moment awareness.

No phones.... Just pens.... focus.... and.... a surprising boost of creativity. 🌿

By the end, participants discovered hidden pockets of their creativity (a surprise for some!) and felt noticeably 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝.

Overthinking finally took a back seat!

Scary? That’s job hunting if you don’t know the rules...

At our 11th meetup, 'From CV to Interview', we discovered how easy it is to miss opportunities when:

---> 🤖 Your CV gets lost in 𝐀𝐓𝐒 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.

---> 🌟 You skip 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 with potential employers.

---> 🛠️ You ignore tech tools: AI and CV software aren’t cheating, they’re your allies.

💡 We explored the rules, shared practical tips, and showed how to play a winning game in job search.💡

2nd edition of our Vision Board Workshop reminded me that even serious business tools, like 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓(𝐄𝐑) goals or 𝐎𝐊𝐑𝐬, can turn into pure fun when wrapped in creativity.

One moment that truly warmed my heart: after the theory, I brought out all the colorful materials, and participants said:

“𝑾𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅𝒏’𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓… 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒖𝒔.” 💛

Early February is actually perfect for setting intentions, the New Year hype is over, energy is grounded, and plans become realistic.

We created our Vision Boards.

We turned intentions into direction.

Our 9th Agile Passport meeting took us somewhere… unexpected.

Down the rabbit hole. 🕳️

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐭.

This time, we designed a creative onboarding experience inspired by Alice in Wonderland and asked some seriously non-obvious questions:

🎩 Do we often join meetings that feel like the 𝐌𝐚𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫’s tea party?

🐛 What kind of Agile Coach would the 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 be?

👑 And should a Product Owner lead like the 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬… ?

Playful metaphors, deep reflection, and lots of shared insights, exactly the kind of learning we value. 

We kicked off Agile Passport 2026 with our very first Vision Board Workshop!

Yes, creating a Vision Board is a great way to 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 what we want.

But pictures alone won’t make goals happen.

I don’t believe in 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. I believe in clear direction and real action.

That’s why we worked with proven tools from 𝐀𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
