What makes a great agile leader? We know this is an important question to you, as it is to us.
As more organizations embrace agile ways of working, we found there was a lack of quality research on the leadership requirements of agile organizations. Our goal is to fill this gap by defining those needs and develop data-driven insights into the capabilities and qualities of a successful agile leader.
We began this work by conducting multiple interviews with agile leaders across multiple industry sectors in several regions from around the world. Based on an analysis of those interviews, we’ve designed a survey to gather further input from leaders like you.
We’re now looking to get more targeted input from agile leaders across sectors around the world to build a comprehensive picture of what “good” looks like. We’re interested in your perspective on the current landscape, the capabilities, and qualities required for future agile leaders.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to share your perspective and help shape this evolving leadership field.
The survey will likely take around 20 minutes to complete. Your responses will be confidential and anonymized. Once you have completed the survey, please feel free to share the link with other agile leaders in your network.
We want to share the results as widely as possible to benefit the global agile community. Our commitment to you is that, in return for your participation, we will share our findings in an exclusive report and webinar. All you need to do is fill out our Contact Form.
