Welcome to AgentClean ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and device permissions when you use our mobile application, AgentClean (the "App").

The App provides device optimization and cleaning features. It is ad-supported but does not require user registration, log-in services, or premium subscriptions.

1. Information Collection and Third-Party Services

To keep our services free of charge, the App integrates third-party advertising partners and Software Development Kits (SDKs).

• No Registration or Profile Data: We do not provide log-in services and do not collect any personal identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Non-Personal & Device Data: Our third-party ad networks may collect non-personal data, including your device model, operating system version, language settings, and the Google Advertising ID (AAID). This data is used strictly to deliver relevant advertisements and analyze ad performance.

Our third-party partners handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies and Google Play policies.

2. Device Permissions and Data Processing

To power our core utility features, the App requests several sensitive permissions. Except for anonymous advertising identifiers used by our ad partners, all core data processed through these permissions is handled strictly locally on your device and is never transmitted to our cloud servers.

• All Files Access Permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):

• • Purpose: Required to perform a deep-scan of the device’s shared storage to locate, aggregate, and permanently delete obsolete system caches, duplicate files, and residual data left by uninstalled apps.

• • Handling: File scanning and deletion are processed entirely offline and locally. We do not read file content or upload your files.

• Notification Access & Notification Permissions (Notification Listener Service / POST_NOTIFICATIONS):

• • Purpose: These permissions allow the App to read, reply to, control, and display notifications. They are strictly used for our "Notification Cleaner" feature to help you block junk alerts, mute spam notifications, and keep your notification bar clean.

• • Handling: Notification content is processed locally and in real-time to filter unwanted alerts. Your private messages or notification logs are never stored, saved, or uploaded.

• Usage Statistics Permission (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS):

• • Purpose: Required to access application usage history, allowing the App to detect background-running processes, identify memory-hogging (RAM) apps, and find rarely used applications.

• • Handling: This data is used solely to generate your local optimization diagnostics and is never shared or exported.

3. Data Retention and Security

Since we do not host user accounts or cloud databases for personal data, your operational data remains inherently on your device. We implement industry-standard measures to ensure the SDK integration is secure. You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings.

4. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect or target personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
