Go to Nora. Explore for the water bottle. Then talk to Nora, feed her, then undress and arouse her like previously. Having sitting fun. Try to do standing fun to get a new quest. Then go back to sitting and finish.

Go to Melissa's Adult Store. Talk to her.

Buy the drug from her for 2 highest quality hexanyl. You should already know how to get the water. I've been training you for a reason.

Talk to Nora, feed her the water bottle with the drug. Undress, whip her and have fun.

Hit Nora 10 times.

Wait for scene.

Hit her again 10 times.
