In the evening, watch a libido movie with her
Tell Makoto about Amelia's situation.
Return to Makoto outside the Cafe in Store and talk to him.

Talk to Amelia and pay her $30 to let you see her tongue.
You now have 1 Restrain for Amelia
Ask more daring requests gradually.
Day 1: Pay her $30 to see her tongue again.
Day 2: Pay her $50 to close her eyes.
Day 3: Pay her $50 to close her eyes again.
Day 4: Pay her $30 to see her tongue again.

Head to Store - Gift Shop and buy the One Piece Set for Amelia, then pay her $100 to wear the dress
The next quest does not show up on its own.
Instead, you must go to Amelia each day and do the following to continue the story:
Day 1: Pay her $30 again to see her tongue.
You now have 2 Restrain for Amelia
Day 2: Pay her $30 to see her underwear.
Day 3: Pay her $30 again to see her underwear.
Day 4: Buy her underwear for $40
You have unlocked a new way to make money!

Day 5: Buy her underwear again for $40.
Day 6: Try to pay her $60 to see her chest.
Ask Agent 17 to manipulate the hospital bills for Amelia's younger sister.
When Agent 17 calls at night, give her the task for Amelia.
Ask Amelia to show her chest for money.
Go to Amelia and pay her $60 to show her chest.
The next quest does not show up on its own.
Instead, you must go to Amelia each day and do the following to continue the story:
Day 1: Pay her $60 to show her chest.
You now have 3 Restrain for Amelia
Day 2: Pay her $60 to show her chest a final time.
Day 3: Buy her final underwear for $40.
You now have 2 Favorability for Amelia
Day 4: Pay her $70 to massage her.
Day 5: Pay her $70 to massage her again.
Day 6: Pay her $80 to give a HJ.
Day 7: Pay her $80 to give a HJ again.
Day 8: Pay her $90 to give you a kiss.
If you pick to still give her the $90 it'll make your Favorability bar fill.
You now have 4 Restrain for Amelia
Day 9: Pay her $90 to give you a kiss again.
Day 10: Pay her $100 to give you a BJ.
Day 11: Pay her $100 to give you a BJ again.
Day 12: Pay her $100 to give you a final BJ.
Day 13: Try to have fun with her.
Ask Agent 17 to manipulate the hospital bills for Amelia's younger sister.
When Agent 17 calls at night, give her the task for Amelia.
Ask Amelia to have fun for money
Go to the Cafe and talk to Amelia to pay her $200 for fun.
You now have 5 Restrain for Amelia
Talk to Makoto after having fun with Amelia.
Makoto will now reimburse you to watch you have fun with Amelia.
