Find Agent 17 after she infiltrated Ruby's house
Go to Ruby's Mansion entrance and ring the doorbell. Navigate:
Entrance Hallway > Living Room
Talk to Agent 17
Ask Agent 17 to help bathe when alone at Ruby's house
For this you'll need to move Adele out of the way. You can do this by interacting with Nora and doing one of her scenes.
Then go to the stairs and navigate:
Secret Room > Wall door > Exit > Exit. Talk to Agent 17.
