Agendaly reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of Services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.
1. Non-Personal Data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. The types of non-personal data Agendaly may collect and use include, but are not limited to: application properties, including application name, package name, and the icon installed on your device.
Agendaly may use and disclose to its partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Services, and to further develop Agendaly's services and products. You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by Agendaly may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
2. Personal Data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.
Agendaly does not require user registration or account creation to use the Services. Consequently, Agendaly does not collect personal data such as your name, email address, or phone number through traditional account creation.
However, third-party services integrated within the application (such as advertising and analytics networks) may automatically collect persistent device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads or analyze app performance. This data is handled strictly in accordance with the third-party providers' respective privacy policies.
3. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
Agendaly is not in the business of selling data to third parties. Data may, however, occasionally be disclosed in accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy.
Agendaly may disclose data to third parties as required by law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or Agendaly to legal liability. Agendaly may also disclose data to third parties when Agendaly has a reason to believe that a disclosure is necessary to address potential or actual injury or interference with Agendaly’s rights, property, operations, or users.
4. Safeguards
Agendaly follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in Agendaly’s possession. Data automatically processed by the app is secured in transit using standard encryption practices. However, no system can be 100% secure, and despite Agendaly’s reasonable efforts, there could be unauthorized access to data. By using the Services, you assume this risk.
5. Account and Data Deletion
Because Agendaly does not offer account registration or collect cloud-based personal accounts, there is no user account to delete. Any data collected automatically by third-party SDKs (such as device advertising IDs or analytics events) is managed by those respective platforms. Users can reset or opt out of personalized tracking at any time via their Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
6. Children’s Privacy & Age Policy
Agendaly is strictly directed toward individuals who are at least 17 years of age or older. The app is not designed, intended, or marketed for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age, nor do we target minors under 17. If Agendaly learns that it has inadvertently gathered data from a child under these age limits, Agendaly will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such data from its records.
7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services in our apps to assist with monetization and performance monitoring. These services collect and process usage data in strict compliance with their own Privacy Policies:
Advertising
