Form — Irregular Verbs

This policy describes how the mobile app Form — Irregular Verbs (“Form”, “the app”) handles information. Form is a local English irregular-verbs trainer. It does not require an account and does not sell personal data.

1. Who we are

Form is developed by the independent publisher of the app identified as AG True (Android / iOS bundle ID com.ag_true.irregularverbs).

2. Information stored on your device

Form stores the following locally on your device (via the operating system’s app storage / SharedPreferences). It is not uploaded to our servers — we do not operate an app backend.

• Study progress (spaced-repetition scores, review dates, mistake history)

• Settings: sound on/off, dark mode, list vs cards view, onboarding completion

You can reset study progress from the in-app menu. Uninstalling Form deletes this local data.

3. Microphone and speech recognition

Hold-to-speak is optional. If you grant microphone and speech-recognition permission, audio is processed so the app can fill in a verb form you say. Form does not record, store, or upload voice files to our servers.

Speech recognition is provided by the operating system (Apple on iOS / iPadOS, Google on Android). Those vendors may process audio according to their own privacy policies. You can refuse the permission and type answers instead.

4. Text-to-speech

Pronunciation uses the device’s text-to-speech engine. Short English words and example sentences are sent to that on-device (or OS-provided) engine. Form does not keep a copy of this audio.

5. Internet access

The app may use a network connection because the OS speech services can require it. Form itself does not send your study data, settings, or identity to a Form server. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no crash-reporting SDKs in the current version.

6. What we do not collect

• No account, email, or name inside the app

• No advertising identifiers used by Form for ads or tracking

• No sale of personal information

• No sharing of study progress with third parties by Form

7. Children

Form is an educational language app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It is suitable for learners of any age when a parent or guardian manages device permissions (especially the microphone).

8. Your choices

• Deny microphone / speech recognition in system Settings — typing still works

• Turn sound off in the app menu

• Reset progress in the app menu

• Uninstall the app to delete local data

9. Third-party services

If you use speech features, review the privacy terms of the OS vendor:

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when a new app version that depends on them is released.
