AFTERHOURS PRIVACY POLICY

This policy describes data handling for Afterhours — Chart Atmospheres, including its optional Afterhours Pro subscription. For privacy questions or requests, contact the Afterhours developer at christianpeoples15@gmail.com.
WHAT AFTERHOURS DOES
Afterhours customizes backgrounds on the TradingView website. It processes chart-page elements locally to place and render backgrounds. It does not send TradingView chart contents, trading activity, or uploaded background images to the developer, ExtensionPay, or Stripe.
INFORMATION USED
Background preferences and images: Selected scenes, appearance settings, saved presets, and images you choose are stored locally in your browser so the extension can display your preferred backgrounds.
Account and subscription information: ExtensionPay and Stripe handle purchases and account restoration. Afterhours receives your purchase email, paid/subscription status, and related subscription dates to unlock Pro and display your account status. The ExtensionPay library stores an installation credential, installation timestamp, and account information in browser sync storage when available, with local storage as a fallback. Browser sync may synchronize this information through your browser provider according to your browser settings. Afterhours also caches account status locally.
Payment details: Payment information is entered on the payment provider's pages. Stripe processes payment details. The Afterhours extension does not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. The developer may access customer and transaction information available through ExtensionPay and Stripe to manage subscriptions and assist customers.
Support requests: If you email the developer, your email address and the information you send are used to respond to your request and resolve support or privacy issues.
Network connections: Requests to ExtensionPay use HTTPS. As with online services generally, providers receive technical connection information, such as an IP address, when you connect to their services. Their handling of this information is governed by their own policies. Afterhours does not use location tracking, browsing-history collection, or advertising analytics.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED
Information is used to provide background customization, save preferences, process and manage subscriptions, verify and restore Pro access, and provide support. ExtensionPay and Stripe process information necessary for account and payment services. Browser sync and email services process information needed for their respective functions.
Afterhours does not sell user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Data is not used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the extension's stated functionality. Any disclosure required by law or necessary to address fraud or security issues is limited to what is appropriate for that purpose.
Afterhours' use and transfer of user data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
STORAGE, RETENTION, AND YOUR CHOICES
Local preferences, images, and account information remain in browser storage until replaced or removed. You can remove saved presets and your uploaded image through the extension, clear its browser storage, or uninstall it to remove local extension data. Synced account information may also require removal through your browser's sync controls.
Clearing extension data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or delete payment-provider records. Use Manage subscription in the extension to manage billing and cancel renewal. Use Sign in / Restore purchase with your purchase email to restore paid access.
For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning account information or support correspondence, email christianpeoples15@gmail.com. Information retained by payment or account providers is subject to their retention policies and applicable requirements, including financial recordkeeping. Deletion requests may require verification of account ownership.

CHANGES
This policy may be updated when the extension or its data practices change. The updated policy will show a revised date. Material changes to data handling will be disclosed as required before those changes take effect.
