Our Story

After 8 Lounge is run by three friends who first met on Phu Quoc Island, in the south of Vietnam. Surrounded by beaches and palm trees, we dreamed of finding a place that offered a contrast — a second home with a different kind of charm. One of us had already backpacked through Phong Nha, so we all took a trip here one day, and that was it — we fell in love with this area and Quang Binh province as a whole.

After 8 Lounge is a concept we've poured our hearts into. We wanted to create a space with a laid-back, home-like vibe, where travelers and locals can slow down, have a drink, and enjoy the moment.

We know how travel feels - sometimes full, sometimes slow, sometimes

unpredictable - and this place moves the same way. It’s not rushed, it’s not polished, it’s just real. Nestled by the riverbanks of the Con River, our lounge is the perfect spot to unwind, take in the view, and relax.

We care deeply about good drinks, good coffee and food that fits the moment, and since you're already part of our family, we're happy to share them with you.
