Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, I moved to Canada four years ago to pursue my Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Throughout my undergraduate, I was heavily involved as a teaching assistant, and in Economics clubs publishing research articles using regression models. This was when I realized I wanted to study Economics at a deeper level and find a career built on analysis, frameworks and research.
After graduating with a first-class honours distinction, I returned the same year to Queen's University to begin my MA in Economics degree. Through my studies, I have developed a passion for Econometric and game theory models in Industrial Organization, and labour economics. I am currently a PhD Student here at Queen's University.
An avid tennis player, I enjoy playing lawn tennis in the summers and falls. I'm always open to new experiences, cultures, and ways of thinking. Feel free to view my Resume.
