Dr. Khomotšo Malete-Mashalane is an internationally recognized human resources strategist, executive leadership consultant, and women's empowerment advocate. She is the CEO and Founder of HR Function Consulting, a South African consultancy specializing in strategic human resources, corporate governance, organizational transformation, healthcare board development, restructuring, and executive leadership. She is also the Founder of Her Water Network Global, a platform dedicated to advancing water security and women's empowerment across the globe. 

With a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, Dr. Khomotšo brings extensive expertise in advising public and private sector organizations on governance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Through HR Function Consulting, she has trained Boards of Directors and senior executives, particularly in the healthcare sector, on corporate governance, board effectiveness, strategic leadership, and human capital management. 

Driven by her passion for advocating for women and witnessing firsthand the impact of water scarcity in rural communities, Dr. Khomotšo established a water point in Limpopo, South Africa, through Her Water Network Global. This initiative provides clean, accessible water while promoting health, dignity, and economic opportunities for women and girls—reducing waterborne diseases, saving time for education and economic activities, and empowering women and communities.
