AFOL Shelf – Privacy Policy

AFOL Shelf does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address or location, and it has no user accounts.
Your data stays on your device. Your collection, prices paid, orders, shipments, sales, buyer contact details and set photos are stored only on your own device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not synced to iCloud.
Camera and photos. The camera is used to read set numbers, names and barcodes on boxes, which is processed on your device and not saved, and to take photos of your sets. Set photos you take or choose are saved only in the app on your device.
AFOL Cloud (shared values). If sharing is turned on (Settings → AFOL Cloud), when you save a set's current value or enter a retail price, the following is shared anonymously with other AFOL Shelf users: the set number, the price and currency, the condition (sealed or used) and the date. This is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service. It does not include your name, email address or anything else about you, and we cannot see who shared a value. You can turn sharing off at any time and remove values you've shared using "Remove my shared valuations" in Settings. Viewing other collectors' values doesn't require an iCloud account.

Set catalogue and images from Rebrickable (rebrickable.com)
Original retail prices from Brickset (brickset.com), only if you add your own Brickset API key
Currency exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (exchangerate-api.com)
Shared values from AFOL Cloud, provided by Apple's iCloud
These requests contain no personal information.
Feedback. If you send feedback by email from the app, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you.
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.
If you delete the app, all of its data is deleted from your device. Values you shared on AFOL Cloud stay available to other users unless you remove them in Settings first.
