Terms and Conditions
All cadets of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Dhaka have enthusiastically taken the initiative to establish a new meal management system along with the development of a dedicated mobile application. This entire system, including planning, development, maintenance, and regulation, is voluntarily managed by the cadets themselves.
In case of any issue arising from the meal system or the app, all cadets are expected to respond with patience and cooperation. Problems should be reported first to the respective Dorm Prefect, who will communicate with the development or administrative team if needed.
Cadets are encouraged to support the meal and app system both through voluntary participation and monetary contributions. Every cadet will equally bear the cost of app development, app publishing, database hosting, server maintenance, printing of related documents, and any additional service fees.
All decisions regarding updates, troubleshooting, or system improvements will be taken collectively through the consensus of cadets. Misuse of the app, including data manipulation, unauthorized access, or violating the terms of use, will be treated as a breach of community trust and may lead to necessary disciplinary actions.
Regular feedback, constructive criticism, and creative suggestions are welcomed and highly appreciated to make the system more effective, efficient, and sustainable. By using the app, every cadet agrees to abide by these terms in the spirit of unity, cooperation, and institutional pride.
