1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Client's account in the Application provides the ability to identify each Client, including, but not limited to, using profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn. When logging in to the Application for the first time, the Client grants access to his/her social media account. Note! When the Client authorizes through social networks, the Contractor gets access to all visible information provided through the social media account, in accordance with the privacy settings.
In addition, the Contractor's servers store information about the Client's activities in the Application. Moreover, the Contractor collects and places, for example, information about the Consultations provided or proposed for provision and a description of such Consultations. The composition of personal information and personal data may include some information not directly provided by the Clients, since the Contractor also collects information related to access to the Application.
Additionally, the Contractor has the right to collect the following information:
- information about the Client's mobile device (model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, as well as mobile network data and phone number);
- details of logs (log files) containing information about using the Application or viewing information using the Application (including, but not limited to, detailed information about the use of the Application, including search queries, phone call data, including phone numbers for incoming, outgoing and forwarded calls, date, time, type and duration of calls, as well as information about the route of SMS, IP addresses, data on hardware events, including failures and actions in the system, as well as settings, browser type and language, date and time request and referral URL);
- location information (including GPS data sent by the mobile device, data
various technologies for determining coordinates).
Each Application Client has the right to view, edit and delete personal information and personal data in their account.
3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Only authorized employees of the Contractor who support the operation of the Application have access to the personal data of the Clients. Such employees are required to maintain strict confidentiality and prevent access by third parties or unauthorized access to personal data.
Information related to access to the Application can be used by the Contractor to diagnose the operation of the Application, as well as to ensure a high quality of customer service. In addition, personal information and personal data may be used to analyze the behavior of Application Clients, to assess the interest shown in relation to various sections of the Application.
Personal information and personal data of Clients may be used by the Contractor for administrative purposes, for example, for internal investigations of violations of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

The public data of the Client's account in the Application, as well as information about the actions that the Client performs in the Application, can be used by the Contractor for commercial purposes, including advertising.
The Contractor may use email addresses to send updates or news about the Application. At the same time, the Client may at any time refuse to receive such messages.
4. DISSEMINATION AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The Contractor does not sell, lease or share personal information of Clients with third parties, with the exception of the Contractor's business partners, in particular Funds and payment systems, in order to improve the quality of services.
The Contractor provides Clients with the opportunity to distribute information about other Clients (name; information about the Consultations provided or proposed for provision and their description; the section in which the Consultation was provided or offered for provision) through Facebook and other social networks in order to popularize the Application.
The Contractor interacts with the government and representatives of executive authorities in order to implement and comply with the law. The Contractor may disclose personal data in good faith believing that he is authorized to do so, or that such behavior is reasonably necessary or reasonable to comply with the law, or legal process, or the requirements of public authorities; in response to any complaints, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Contractor, its Clients, employees, or the public, including, but not limited to, against fraud, abuse, misuse, or illegal use of the Application.
The Contractor may disclose, at the official request of state authorities, the information necessary for the investigation, for example, the Client's name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, etc.
The Contractor may disclose the Client's personal data at the request of another Client, if such Client cannot receive a refund of the cost of the Consultation in accordance with the Terms of Use, in order to provide the Client with the opportunity to go to court.
The Contractor provides copyright holders with all the necessary information to control the use of their intellectual property on the Internet.
5. INFORMATION SECURITY
The application is equipped with measures to ensure the security and protection of personal information and personal data of Clients from their loss, abuse, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction.
The Contractor draws attention to the fact that none of the existing methods of data transfer can be absolutely secure. Therefore, the Contractor, despite all the security measures taken, cannot guarantee the complete safety of information and data.
The Contractor is not responsible for the illegal actions of third parties, hackers, intruders and other violators of applicable law, who may violate the terms of this Privacy Policy and try to get hold of all or part of the personal information and personal data of the Clients, as well as use it for personal purposes.
When working with the Application, the Client is not granted intellectual property rights either to the Application itself (except for the license specified in the Terms of Use) or to the content associated with it. The specified content of the Application can be used by the Client only if he has received the permission of its owner or if such an opportunity is provided by law. This Privacy Policy does not grant Clients the right to use any distinctive elements of the Application. The Client shall not remove, obscure or alter the legal notices displayed on the Application.
Certain features of the Application allow Clients to upload, add, store, send or receive content. However, all intellectual property rights in respect of such materials remain with their owner.
Application systems automatically analyze the content of the Client in order to provide information useful to the Client. In addition, this analysis helps to detect spam and malware. It is executed during sending, receiving and storing content.
6. LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES
The Application may contain links to third party websites. The Contractor is not responsible for the content and activities of such sites and their confidentiality, and for any damage associated with and arising from visiting such sites by Clients.
The transfer of personal information when visiting external sites, even if they contain links to the Contractor's Website or the Application's web page on the AppStore or GooglePlay, is not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Contractor is not responsible for the actions of third-party sites. The collection and transfer of personal information and personal data by Clients is regulated by documents on the use of such information posted on external sites.
7. CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
In cases where, in the opinion of the Client, the terms of this Privacy Policy regarding personal data are violated, or if there are questions related to confidentiality, it is necessary to use the feedback function and send it to the Contractor to the one indicated on the Website or on the web page of the AppStore or GooglePlay Application corresponding request.
The Contractor checks all reports of alleged violations of rights and, guided by applicable law and the Terms of Use, terminates accounts whose owners systematically violate the law or perform other actions prohibited by the Terms of Use.
8. SUPPLEMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Contractor reserves the right to update, edit and amend this Privacy Policy without further notice to the Clients. The date of entry into force of the changes is the date of publication on the Site or on the Application web page on the AppStore or GooglePlay website of an updated version of the Privacy Policy.
