Insulation Performance

We will illustrate the differences in insulation installation in two different use case scenarios

This is the temperature of concrete in the sun at the time of all temperature readings, taken within five minutes of each other.

This is the temperature of the Limo body panel in direct sunlight, with white body paint.

This is the interior insulation of the white limo. This is a single layer of aluminum bubble foil.

This is the temperature of the Limo body panel in direct sunlight, with black body paint.

Here we have the interior insulation that is applied to the black limo. This insulation is a 1/4inch layer of Jute insulation with a second insulation layer applied on top of it with aluminum bubble foil.

In conclusion, you can see that the double layer of insulation results in a lower interior temperature than a single layer, even when the exterior body temperature is far higher.
