We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide and improve our service.
A. Usage Data (Automatically collected)
IP address, device model, operating system version, screen size, language, time zone.
App version, crash logs, and feature usage statistics (for troubleshooting and A/B testing).
Note: We do NOT collect health data or sensitive personal information.
B. Information from Third-Party Login (if applicable)
If you log in using Google or Facebook, we may receive your name, email address, and public profile information from that platform.
C. User-Provided Data
When you contact support or send feedback, we may receive your email address and message content.
File access: If a PDF fails to open, we may temporarily upload the file to our secure cloud server solely to diagnose and fix the issue. Files are not shared or stored longer than necessary.
We use your data for:
Operating and improving Aero PDF features.
Fixing crashes and technical issues.
Sending important security or service updates via in-app notice or email.
Analytics (Google Analytics) to understand usage patterns and personalize your experience (no cross-app tracking).
Displaying relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob) – see Section 5.

These providers act as Data Processors and cannot use your data for other purposes.
We use Google AdMob and Google Ads to show personalized ads based on your device advertising ID.
You can opt out of interest-based ads:
On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking
You may also reset your advertising ID at any time.

Usage data is kept for up to 13 months (for analytics).
Account-related data (if you create an account) is kept until you request deletion.
We use encryption (in transit and at rest), system vulnerability scans, and access controls to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Aero PDF does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately to remove it.
Our app does not respond to DNT browser signals. However, you can limit ad tracking via your device settings (see Section 5).
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice or email (to registered users). The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
