Double-check that the sharing link is complete and not expired.
If the file was shared with a specific user/email, make sure you’re logged in with the correct account.
Ask the person who shared it to re-check their sharing settings.
🔁 Sync Client Not WorkingProblem:“The desktop/mobile app isn’t syncing.” Steps to fix:
Make sure you entered the correct server URL: https://aero.inkinmail.com
Check your username and password (including capital letters).
Restart the sync app and try again.
Reinstall the Nextcloud app if sync still fails.
Still stuck? Check your internet connection or try logging in through the web interface.
🔐 Login IssuesProblem:“I can’t log in to my AeroCloud account.”
Double-check your username and password.
Ensure Caps Lock is off.
If 2FA is enabled, make sure your authenticator app is working correctly.
Try resetting your password using the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
