These rules are to be followed at all times when joining our official flights or events.

Not following the rules may lead to a kick or ban from joining during operations.

Forbidden Actions

• Exploiting or attempting to exploit

• Glitching/accessing restricted areas (tarmac, staff room, check-in desk, aircraft before boarding time)

• Arguing with staff members or other passengers

• Driving a staff vehicle

• Not listening to staff members

• Bypassing/using swear words

• Spamming

• Advertising

You will get 3 warnings before getting kicked from the flight.

Please note that the warning system only applies for some rules.

These rules only apply to other groups on the ROBLOX platform.

Not following any of the rules will lead to a direct blacklist from AeroAtlantic.

Forbidden Actions

• Encouraging users to raid a server or hosting a raid event

• Hosting an exploiting event

• Attempting to cause drama with the airline or any staff members

• Using stolen assets/documents from AeroAtlantic for your own group

• Leaking staff information for public use

AeroAtlantic does not provide any Robux or money refunds for any ticket purchased in our ROBLOX store.

When buying, you are agreeing to this term.

There are some compensations* that we can give to our passengers for the following reasons:

• Your flight was overbooked in the class you bought the ticket

• A staff member was being inappropriate to you

• Your flight got cancelled after departure due to issues in-game

• You didn't get served a meal or drink onboard during pre-flight or cruising

Please note that you need to open a support ticket on our Discord server to get compensation on your next flight, you will need to provide proof for us to accept your compensation request.

*Compensations are in-game perks such as upgrades only available for one time on your next flight and not transferable to any other passenger.
