Complete each of the following Requirements.
Play catch with someone in your den or family who is standing 5 steps away from you. Play until you can throw and catch successfully at this distance. Take a step back and see if you can improve your throwing and catching skills.
Practice balancing as you walk forward, backward, and sideways.
Practice flexibility and balance by doing a front roll, a back roll, and a frog stand.
Play a sport or game with your den or family, and show good sportsmanship.
Do at least two of the following: frog leap, inchworm walk, kangaroo hop, or crab walk.
Demonstrate what it means to eat a balanced diet by helping to plan a healthy menu for a meal for your den or family. Make a shopping list of the food used to prepare the meal.

Getting to know you... play toss while stating a new fact about yourself. With each new fact take a step back. Trade partners or family members and do it again. Play a few rounds!
Walk on a line doing walk forward, backward, and sideways - use sidewalk chalk to create a line if the ground doesn't have something that could be used.
In this requirement we practice flexibility and balance as well as move our bodies in fun but challenging ways!

In this requirement you can play any game. It is definitely about how you play the game rather than the game you play.

Need a game? For family and friends minute to win it style games are fun and fantastic. They are short and generally varied enough in skill that every member will be good at something.
MATERIALS:
cookies
RULES:
When the clock starts, player may grab the first cookie and place it on the forehead.
The cookie must remain in contact with the face (i.e. player may not toss the cookie from the forehead and catch it in the mouth).
If a cookie falls, player may reset an intact cookie on the forehead for the next attempt.
To complete the game, the player must hold an intact cookie 3 times with his or her mouth within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
Popsicle stick
Dice
RULES:
Prior to game start, player places a single popsicle stick in his/her mouth.
When the clock starts, player will pick up and vertically stack one die at a time on the stick.
Player may not allow dice to rest against their nose or to touch any part of their face.
In the event that a die is dropped or falls off of the stick, player may take a replacement die off of the podium and use it in its place.
To complete the game, 6 dice must be stacked one on top of the other on the popsicle stick within the 60-second time limit
MATERIALS:
12 pencils
RULES:
Pencils are placed on playing surface in increments of 2, with all erasers facing the same direction.
When the clock starts, player picks up first set of 2 pencils and places them on the back of his/her hand.
Player must flip pencils into the air, then catch them together. Player adds two more pencils with each turn, building to a final set of 12.
Player cannot add the next set of 2 pencils until the previous set has been caught.
To complete the game, player must catch sets of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and finally 12 pencils in succession within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
Empty soda cans
Uncooked spaghetti noodles
RULES:
Prior to game start, players stand with their hands at sides.
Once the clock starts, Player A may only use his/her hands to place one end of a noodle in their mouth.
Player A must thread noodle through the tab of the first can while Player B must put their mouth around the free end of the noodle.
Should the contestants drop or break the noodle, Player A may use his/her hands to put a replacement noodle into his or her own mouth.
Players may only transport one can at a time with the noodle.
Players must build a pyramid on the end table with 2 cans on the bottom level and 1 can at the top level.
To complete the game, the 3-can pyramid must be constructed on the end table with noodle removed within in the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
36 plastic cups
RULES:
When the clock starts, player may begin stacking cups into a pyramid shape.
When the triangle is complete, with 1 cup at the top, 2 cups below it, and so on, the player may begin to get the cups into a single stack.
To complete the game, the player must build a complete pyramid using all of the cups, then get all the cups back into a single stack within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
180 pennies
8 empty soda cans
RULES:
Prior to game start place pennies in cans in increments of 5, from 5 to 40 pennies.
Jumble the cans and place them in the center of the play area.
When the clock starts, the player must use their sense of sound and judge the weight of the cans to put them in the correct order.
To complete the game, place the cans in order from 5 to 40 pennies within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
8 ping-pong balls
1 empty tissue box
1 belt
RULES:
Fill the tissue box with ping-pong balls, then attach tissue box to the back of belt. Put on the belt with the tissue box sitting at the small of the back.
When the clock starts, player may begin moving body to shake the ping-pong balls out.
Player's hands or arms may not touch the box or belt.
Player may only touch the floor with his or her feet.
To complete the game, player must get all 8 ping-pong balls out of the box within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
Rubber bands
6 empty soda cans
RULES:
Set up 6 empty soda cans in a triangle formation on top of a table. Place foul line 8' away.
When the clock starts, player must stay behind the foul line and shoot 1 rubber band at a time at the can triangle.
To complete the game, player must clear the table of all cans only by shooting rubber bands within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
1 cereal box
RULES:
Cut the front of a cereal box into 16 even rectangles and stack them face down in random order.
When the clock starts, player may begin turning over pieces.
To complete the game, player must assemble the pieces to recreate the original cereal box within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
3 balloons (inflated)
RULES:
When the clock starts, player releases all 3 balloons into the air.
Player may not hold balloons, allow them to rest on the body, or hit the ground, or the game is over.
To complete the game, player must keep all balloons off the ground for 60 seconds.
MATERIALS:
2 rolls of 2-ply, 400-sheet toilet paper (per player)
Dowel
2 Team Members to hold dowel
RULES:
Toilet paper rolls should be placed on the bar with the paper over the top towards the player.
The player should have the end of each roll in designated hand prior to start of game.
When the clock starts, player begins to unwind both rolls with designated hand only.
To complete the game, player must wrap the toilet paper on the left around his/her left hand and arm and toilet paper on right around his/her right hand and arm until all the toilet paper is removed from the cardboard center roll within the 60-second time limit.
MATERIALS:
water
3 fishbowls (2-gallon size)
3 shot glasses
cup of quarters
RULES:
Fill the fishbowls ¾ full of water and place the shot glass at the bottom in the center of each.
When the clock starts, player may grab the first quarter and drop it into the first fishbowl.
Player may only hold and grab 1 quarter at a time, and must drop them from a height of 36" from the floor.
To complete the game, player must drop a quarter into each of the 3 shot glasses within the 60-second time limit.
