Jane Faery 

Jane is the daughter of the Fairy Godmother, and is known to be shy and insecure, but is fascinated with magic, even if her mother doesn't let her use it.

Jane is shy and rather demure, while being immediately fearful of the VKs. Because she can't use magic to begin with, she wants to live up to her mother's name and even tried to take her wand to learn to use magic. Before meeting Mal, Carlos, Evie and Jay, Jane severely lacked self confidence, as shown by her desperation to look good and be accepted by others (to the point of insulting Mal).

She eventually grows to become friends with the VKs. She has slowly learned it is not about how a person looks as much as what they are inside.

When she learns she can actually use magic after Coronation, she is initially fearful of using her magic, but grows in confidence as she used it more often, especially since her friends supported her.

 Verses 

Auradon: Jane grew up as a shy and timid young girl, her mother was like a celebrity in Auradon besides the King and Queen while Jane was an unknown and no one wanted to be around her due to the Headmistress status of her mother. So instead, she hides in her organizational skills and books, rather than socializing like ‘normal’ people.

Isle of the Lost: At a very young age, Jane showed an aptitude for magic without the need of words and before her mother could bind her magic, for her own safety, the King witnessed the magic surrounding baby Jane and declared her too dangerous to leave in Auradon and so shipped her off to the Isle.

As she got older, Jane learned that she was born to the Fairy Godmother and a fae that was an entity of death which resulted in Jane being born as a Fairy of Death and Magic.
