Use CAM within Fusion 360 to program all three cutting operations of the Rose Index

• Create a proper Setup, ensuring the location of your part zero is aligned with where WCS will be.

• Create a cloud tool library for the tools you will need to perform all toolpaths for all operations.

For this challenge, you will complete, document, & present all of the following:

• CAD/CAM file (.f3d) of your finished machining operations

• Setup Sheet (.pdf) for OP1, OP2, and OP3

• Once done with your analysis, create a "Rose Index" Project page on your portfolio website, and upload documentation of your progress (text/pictures/gifs/videos/etc.), including:

  • Your setup sheet

  • Simulations of you CAM process

  • Descriptions/summaries of what you did/learned
