• Using CAD, design a simple, functional, 2D-Cut product, made up of a single component

  • Would recommend creating a product based on one that already exists - no need to reinvent the wheel, here!

  • The function the product performs/fulfills can be minor, but it must be something that YOU WILL USE!

  • Think of things you can use for home/work/school/hobbies/etc.

• Create a technical drawing of your design including all relevant views, dimensions, and tolerances

• Cut your product out using a 2D Cutting system

  • When ready for this step, talk with your instructor about how to do this

• Post-process and finish your product after cutting

• Test the functionality of your product
