PlayCash APP Terms of Use
These terms and conditions govern your use of the PlayCash APP. By accessing or using the PlayCash APP, you agree to fully accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the PlayCash APP.
1. License to Use
Unless otherwise stated, PlayCash owns the intellectual property rights in the APP and its content. All rights are reserved in accordance with the terms outlined below.
You may:
View, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages from the APP for personal use.
Play games and participate in activities within the APP to earn rewards.
You must not:
Republish materials from the APP (including republishing on other websites or apps).
Sell, rent, or sublicense materials from the APP.

Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or exploit materials from the APP for commercial purposes.
Redistribute materials from the APP, unless specifically permitted for redistribution.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the PlayCash APP in any way that:
Causes or may cause damage to the APP or impair its availability or accessibility.
Involves any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Distributes malicious software, such as spyware, viruses, or Trojans.
You must not engage in systematic or automated data collection activities, including scraping, data mining, data extraction, etc., without PlayCash’s explicit consent.
3. User Accounts
You must maintain only one account. Multiple accounts will be terminated, and IP addresses may be blocked.
PlayCash reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts at its discretion, without notice.
4. Cookies
PlayCash uses cookies to enhance your user experience. By using the APP, you consent to the use of cookies. If you do not agree with the use of cookies, you cannot use the APP.
Cookies may track data such as IP addresses, referral sources, page views, and time spent on pages.
5. Referrals
You may refer an unlimited number of users to join PlayCash. PlayCash uses cookies to track referrals. Users may block cookies, which could prevent tracking of referrals. PlayCash is not responsible for any failure to track a referral.
6. Restricted Access
PlayCash reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas or the entire APP. If you are provided with a user ID and password to access restricted areas, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
7. User Content
User content refers to any material you submit to the APP, including text, images, videos, and audio.
You grant PlayCash a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any media now or in the future. PlayCash has the right to sublicense these rights.
Your content must not be illegal, unlawful, or infringe any third-party rights. You must not submit content that has been or is currently subject to any legal proceedings.
PlayCash reserves the right to edit or remove user content at its discretion.
8. Content Updates and Third-Party Links
PlayCash reserves the right to update the APP's content or functionality at any time. The APP may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply PlayCash's endorsement of these sites. PlayCash is not responsible for the content of linked websites.
9. Limitation of Liability
PlayCash is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to the use of the APP, including loss of profits, reputation, or data. PlayCash is not responsible for any issues caused by viruses, malware, or failure to receive email notifications.
10. Data Transfers
PlayCash reserves the right to transfer and store data in different countries as necessary.
11. No Warranty
The APP is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. PlayCash does not guarantee that the APP will always be available or that the content will be accurate.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PlayCash and hold PlayCash harmless from any losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
13. Breaches of Terms
If you breach these terms, PlayCash may take appropriate actions, including suspending or terminating your account, blocking IP addresses, contacting your internet service provider, or pursuing legal action.
14. Termination of Agreement
PlayCash reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication of the revised terms in the APP. Please check periodically to ensure you are familiar with the latest version.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayCash regarding your use of the APP, superseding all previous agreements.
17. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country]. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].
18. Advertising Content and Advertising SDK
PlayCash APP uses an advertising SDK to display ads and offer users the opportunity to earn rewards by watching ads. You agree and understand that PlayCash has the right to display ads through the advertising SDK, and the form and content of these ads may vary, as determined by PlayCash and its advertising partners.
Ad Display
Ad Types: PlayCash APP may display video ads, banner ads, interstitial ads, or other forms of ads. Ads will be integrated with games or other interactive content, and users can earn corresponding rewards such as cryptocurrency, virtual items, etc., by watching ads.
Ad Partners: PlayCash works with third-party ad providers to deliver ad content through the SDK. These third-party ad providers may collect and use your personal data for targeted advertising. Please refer to the advertising partners' privacy policies for more information on their data collection practices.
Ad Interaction and Rewards
Watching Ads: Users earn rewards by watching ads or completing tasks. Watching ads does not necessarily require interaction, though some ads may allow users to skip them (if permitted by the advertiser), while others may require full viewing.

Ad Frequency

Accuracy of Ad Content: PlayCash does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or reliability of any ad content. All ads are provided by the advertisers, and PlayCash is not responsible for any issues arising from ad content.
Advertiser Liability: PlayCash is not liable for any products, services, or content provided by advertisers. PlayCash is not responsible for any loss or disputes caused by advertisers.

The privacy policy of PlayCash APP and its advertising partners outlines how user data is collected, used, and protected. When using the advertising SDK, please be aware of the following:
PlayCash only collects necessary personal information (such as device information, IP addresses, etc.) for ad services.
