If the game crashes upon opening the executable, open Game.ini and change "RGSS102E.dll" to "RGSS104E.dll".
Alternatively, you can try allowing the game through Windows' DEP (Data Execution Prevention) settings.

This is CORPSE-PARTY XP.
A modification that ports the graphics and sounds over
from the original PC-98 version of CORPSE-PARTY
into CORPSE-PARTY Rebuilt, a fan-made remake.

The English version was translated by Memories of Fear with some slight tweaks.
If you are playing the English version, the RPG Maker XP Runtime Package is not required to run the game,
but you will need to install the required font to read the text.

CORPSE-PARTY XP's English Version has undergone several changes in the Sound Mode Room.
This is so that the English version is more in-line with the Japanese version of XP and the original PC-98 release.
As far as I know, errors involving game crashes have also been fixed but I can't be too sure.
If you experience any crashes while playing, please submit a bug report.
