If the game crashes upon opening the executable, open Game.ini and change "RGSS102E.dll" to "RGSS104E.dll".
Alternatively, you can try allowing the game through Windows' DEP (Data Execution Prevention) settings.

Brief Explanation
This game was originally on noprops' old website starting on November 16th, 2008.
Between late February to early May of 2009, the game was deleted from the website and never made public since deletion.
Luckily a forum on 2chan archived Version 1.0 of the game, and I downloaded immediately.
Unfortunately this is not the latest version of the game, and there are no changelogs available,
so I do not know what got changed between this version and the latest.
Despite that, I ended up translating the game to make an English Version and making some tweaks to both it and the Japanese Version.
Originally, the Japanese Version required a special font to be installed onto the computer to read the text of the game.
Since this font is only available when you install older versions of Microsoft Office,
I decided to remove the need for a special font and use the default font for RPG Maker XP.
Also, I made a change to one of the game's requirements to unlock a specific secret, which I will let you discover on your own.
