If the game crashes upon opening the executable, open Game.ini and change "RGSS102E.dll" to "RGSS104E.dll".
Alternatively, you can try allowing the game through Windows' DEP (Data Execution Prevention) settings.

Brief Explanation
This game was originally on noprops' website, starting on July 24th, 2008.
Somewhere between late October 2008 to early 2009, the game was deleted from the website and was never made public since deletion.
Luckily, someone on a Japanese file-sharing service called "getuploader" reuploaded the game and I downloaded it immediately.

Please note that this game does not reflect upon noprops' current works nor noprops as a person,
so do not under any circumstances attack noprops for making this game.
I would also advise that no one bring up this game to noprops,
they deleted this game for a reason and I don't want to start any trouble because of it.
