1. Information We Process
Local Document Storage: ADoc Manager is designed primarily as a local document management utility. Your files, documents, scanned images, and metadata remain stored locally on your device unless you explicitly connect a third-party cloud service.
Device & Usage Information: We may collect non-identifying technical data, such as your device model, operating system version, app crashes, and basic feature usage analytics, solely to maintain app stability and performance.
2. Third-Party Integrations & Cloud Storage
If you choose to connect third-party cloud services (such as Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or OneDrive) to backup or sync your documents, your credentials and data are handled directly by those providers according to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
ADoc Manager does not sell, rent, or store your cloud credentials or documents on private external servers without your permission.
3. Permissions Requested Depending on the features you use, the App may request access to:
Storage/Files Access: To import, view, edit, and organize documents on your device.
Camera: To scan paper documents or capture image attachments directly within the App.
4. Data Security We implement standard security measures to protect your local data on the device. However, you are responsible for maintaining the physical and digital security of your device (e.g., using passcodes or biometric lock features).
5. Data Retention & Deletion Because your files are stored locally on your device, deleting a document within ADoc Manager removes it from your local storage. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete any application-bound files unless you have created a separate backup.
6. Children's Privacy ADoc Manager does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
