This App: Steamo Bharat

This App is intended for providing laundry service to our customers (App users) through our service providers at their doorstep. We organize, manage, tracks service opted by users through nearest service provider (collection and delivery) in users' location. We keep records of service for tracking and billings to help "service providers" and "service seekers".

We care about your privacy and security of your personal information.

Collecting & using your personal data

We use and protect all information that is collected from our customers, through Mobile application or customer's registration at our stores, or through any other means.

We use this information to provide requested services to our users.

1. To keep user informed and updated about the status of ordered service.

2. To share new services, we introduce.

3. To share new offers and packages.

4. To research users for feedback on provide services.

Any personal or other information that user submits. We collect with users consent in unequivocal terms that the same can be used for the intended purpose in the best possible manner deemed fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances only.

No data shared with third parties

We do not share users' data with any unauthorized person or organization and only a part of necessary data is shared with our service providers wherever necessary.

This information may be used by Steamo Bharat for the purpose of in-app advertising, reaching you through telephone calls, notification, emails, text message, WhatsApp messages or any other electronic medium.

Permissions

We require permissions as mentioned below.

1. Network and phone: For App functionality, communication-related tasks.

2. Geo location: Location coordinates required for delivery and collection of requested service clothes.

Childrens Privacy

This application does not address any one under the age of 14 and we do not collect any information from Childrens.

We may update our privacy policy time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Request for data delete

All collected data from user is necessary for app functionality and tracing status of requested services. If user, no longer intended to use our app and services can request to delete personal data by writing email at admash.iot@gmail.com or provided functionality in app.
