Gaining cognizance towards dynamic transient is foundational to the idea of being able to reconstruct and represent them at different instances in space and time.
This project investigates on the methodologies to be able to represent the target event in a manner that maximizes the scientific return while respecting the on-board resource and minimizing their utilization.
The premise of the research is based on the following principles --
1. Developing educated guesses about the event. 2. Estimates towards mulit-agent positions
3. Knowing where to observe
4. Techniques to interpret and represent the data
