Adithya Midelle Pathirajage

Hello!!!!!!!!

My name is Adithya Midelle Pathirajage. I was born at Anuradhapura and raised at Colombo. For my higher education I moved to Malaysia for 5 years. I completed my primary education at A/ Walisingha Harishchandra Maha Vidyala. Then with my parents I moved to Colombo and continued with Isipathana Vidyalaya. Afterwards I moved to Royal College Colombo to continue my School Education.

In year 2012 I moved to Malaysia To continue with my Higher Education. At IUKL I chose Software Engineering as my study stream. First I completed Diploma in Software Engineering and then I continued to Bachelor in Software Engineering. I graduated degree with a second class upper.

While I was attending my Degree I have completed my Internship with Creative Solutions as a Software Tester. As a software tester my responsibility was to verify the end product according to the User requirements document.

Soon after I Completed my Degree I joined as a software Implementation Engineer. As a software Implementation Engineer my responsibilities were to meet with the client and gather requirements. After gathering requirements I had to analyze it and do the necessary changes to the system. After completing the customization I had to install the software, set up the system and train the staff to use the system.

Joining with Ceylon Business Appliances(CBA) made a huge impact on my Carrier path. I joined as a Product Development Engineer.As Product Development Engineer I had a huge responsibility on my shoulders. I had to look in to the Sri Lankan market requirements and introduce product which will fill that gap in the market. I have Successfully introduce self service terminal solutions such as Self Checkout, vending machines and kiosks.

Other than my studies, I was very active with co-curricular activities. Specially when I was at IUKL. I Joined over 30 events while I was at the university. I was a member of International Student Council and I was one of the founding members of IUKL Squash Club. I got the opportunity involve in events organized by different cultures, different Nationalities & different Religions.

I'm a person with Team work skills , Leadership, Decision making, working Under pressure & organizational skills.
