Athens Drive Tutoring Club

ADTC is a club designed to help all kinds of students. We are a peer to peer group, meaning one student helps another. Students will volunteer to help other students with subjects in which they are having trouble.

Tutor Information:

• Once you sign up for a tutoring slot, send us an email (adhstutoring@gmail.com) confirming which slot and then we will provide you, and the student with each other's contact information.

• Example of confirmation email:

Hello,

I have signed up to tutor <Student Name> on <Day of the Week> at <Time>. Please send me the students contact information and the link to our meeting!

General Club Information:

• Time - varies based on student needs

• Frequency of meetings - up to tutor and student. There are no general tutoring club meetings.

• In-person during lunch, outside of school, virtual or however you and your student decide

• You MUST submit the hours form to get credit for your tutoring hours.

Our Promise to Athens Drive

We promise to offer a smooth and efficient process throughout tutoring. In addition, we will do our best to provide both volunteer hours and help for as many students as possible. We also want you to realize we are growing as a club and will strive to listen to all of your feedback.

Please do not fill out the same form more than once. If you need something changed, please email us. **Note: Tutoring is based on availability and cooperation. We do not guarantee that you will be assigned a tutor and you may not always get what you need.
