She can also create various types of bullets, such as hollow-point bullets and curving bullets, from her hair by twisting and molding her bi-colored locks like Epoxy putty and hardening it to be as strong as any ammo. The range of her rifle fire is 3 kilometers.

BIOGRAPHY.

The unhappy accident of a rocky relationship, Kaina's life started in turmoil. Raised largely by a single mother, the home was only strained further by the discovery of her quirk-- a danger to herself and others. Her mother became obsessed with the idea of checking to ensure she hadn't removed the sleeve covering the joint, but otherwise distant, often spending what little time off work she had drinking or sleeping.

Kaina became self sufficient young, and despite everything, tried to push through with a smile and helping hand to those around her. It wasn't this attitude, though, that attracted the attention of the Hero Public Safety Commission; but rather, the very rifle she was told to keep solidly under wraps.

Starstruck with the approach, Kaina eagerly agreed, and her mother was quickly won over by the promise that she didn't 'have to worry about it anymore', cleanly severing what little connection they had outside of Kaina's imagination. She was the first in the Commission's hero training program

She excelled in the program, and as a pro hero, but being too good meant handling the dirty work; getting rid of nuisances, present or future. The guilt would slowly grind them down until it became unbearable, and Lady Nagant would proceed to kill the Commission President and severely injure a number of other heroes before being apprehended and arrested. The story was covered up with the idea that she had killed another hero in an argument, reducing her sentence and serving as an example for other heroes.

Her 17 years in Tartarus have been hard on her. Her kill count is 310.
