I am an applied economist working in the fields of urban and environmental economics. Huge policy evaluation aficionado!

I have recently obtained my PhD from Gran Sasso Science Institute (Italy). Before that, I worked as a research fellow at Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia) and Center for Competition Policy and Economic Regulation, RANEPA (Moscow, Russia), in the fields of industrial and competition economics. During my PhD, I worked at the OECD developing a National Urban Policy framework. 

In my spare time, I enjoy volleyball (libero), hiking, and photography.
